The U-Haul is packed up and ready to head west bound to Sulphur from Beaumont!!! Thank God we will not have to make that horrible drive anymore! I thank God we found this place in Beaumont thanks to our ACTS sister and brother after we lost our house to that witch Laura but we are ready to get closer to work and our home. Hopefully State Farm will settle so we can start to rebuild our new house! God is Good!!! When buying or selling a home, choosing the right realtor Is extremely important. And in my opinion we won the lottery with Sherryl Not all transactions run smoothly. We definitely learned that some lenders can make it extremely taxing on buyers and sellers. And that the smallest things, such as knowing the right words to put in contracts are extremely important. She not only as a realtor but as a therapist! We closed yesterday and Amy at Capitol Title is just the best to work with her gentle yet professional personality was just what we needed.
